Why do the subtitles keep coming back after I keep selecting no subtitles on our Tangled DVD?

My little sister keeps watching Tangled and the subtitles keep coming
on after I keep pressing no subtitles in Set Up. The first time we
watched it I got them off for the movie, but even after I keep telling
it I don't want subtitles they keep coming back. I went to Languages
and set that on English with no subtitles too but they kept coming
back after repeating the process a few times. Please help! This is
really annoying!!!
