Is Lady Gaga just a small-titted Modonna?

Cher > Madonna > Lady Gaga

They all seem to be the same musically. They were all wild and
outrageous for their era. But it seems like each of them can get away
with more bc of the decade they do it in.

But Gaga seems to be exacly like Madonna, just with much smaller
breasts.
