Where can I find music for the melody of the Filipino love song Dahil sa Iyo?

If anyone has the notes to the melody or knows for sure where I can
find it, I'd be really grateful! I really want to play it this
Saturday, and I've looked everywhere but can only find the piano
music, which I'm finding difficult to transform into just the melody.
